Unfortunately due to the announcement by Boris Johnson on Monday 4th January we have had to temporarily close our doors If you have a sales enquiry please call 01507 603496 or alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your enquiry All customers who have services currently booked will be rescheduled upon our re-opening. We will endeavour to contact customers in order of original booking date but please be aware this will be a hugh task for our service team and if you prefer to call us please do so after our re-opening.Swift have confirmed they will allow all customers with services due between 1st September 2020 and 30th April 2021 up to an additional 7 months in order for the service to be completed. Bailey have also confirmed an increase of their service window. Anybody scheduled to have their caravan or motorhome serviced from October 2020 to March 2021 will now have an additional six months in total to do so. Provided the vehicle is serviced in this extended window then the warranty will remain valid. Coachman have confirmed all services that were due between 1st November 2020 and 31st March 2021 services can be carruied out at any point up to 30th June 2021. Providing the annual service is undertaken by a Coachman approved service partner then the Coachman warranty will not be affected. For those of you who are awaiting delivery of a New Caravan a member of the team will be in touch to keep you informed as and when we receive updates on deliveries.
