If you purchase a motorhome or campervan with us within 3 months of your hire booking, then you will be entitled to half your money back from your hire booking!
When you hire a motorhome from Couplands, you get more than just a vehicle – you get a fully inclusive experience. There are no hidden extras, with all hire vehicles fitted with a bike rack and equipped with a full kitchen, TV, and a complimentary refreshments basket. You also have the reassurance of hiring from a trusted name in caravans and motorhomes, backed by decades of experience and friendly, knowledgeable staff. All you need to bring is your bedding, food, toiletries, and luggage.
Please note that bookings are subject to a minimum hire period of three nights, with prices varying by season. High season runs from 1st March to 30th September, with low season covering the remainder of the year. Motorhomes are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank to keep the hire process seamless.
Yes you can! You can bring dogs during your hire booking for a surcharge of £25.
When you initially book your hire with us, we take a deposit of £250 to secure your booking. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the pick up date, we require the booking to be paid in full instead.
Bookings must be paid in full by the pick up date, otherwise we will not release the vehicle to you.
A Security Deposit of £1,000 is taken as payment on a credit or debit card when you collect the hire motorhome.
This will be returned within 7 working days of the vehicle being returned, provided that there are no outstanding insurance claims or vehicle damage.

Collection/pick up:
For collection of your hire motorhome, collect from our Louth branch during the hours 2pm-4pm. We recommend allowing for at least one hour of time for the vehicle handover and paperwork signatures.
All registered drivers for the hire vehicle must be present on pick up. If travelling to Europe please bring passports.
Drop off:
For when you return your hire motorhome to us, this can be done at the same location as pick up during the hours 9am-12pm. Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date with a full tank of fuel, otherwise there may be an additional charge for late returns. Please allow at least one hour for drop off time.
Vehicles must be returned in the same state they were given including being cleaned, undamaged and emptied on waste/the toilet cassette. Failure to comply or any damages will be deducted from your security deposit.
Yes you can! Please request an additional driver at the time of booking. Note that there is an additional charge.
All drivers of our hire motorhomes must be between ages 25 and 70.
If you wish to take your hire motorhome to Europe, please advise us at booking. This will be an additional charge.
This cover is mandatory and requires a minimum of 7 days.
Note that there is a daily limit of 250 miles when travelling in Europe. If you exceed this mileage, there will be a charge per additional mile.
We supply all our hire motorhomes with a full tank of fuel on pick up. We request that the motorhome is returned with a full fuel tank on the drop off.
If the motorhome is not refuelled to a full tank on drop off, you may be charged for the refuel cost.
