The Swift Voyager motorhome is built on a Ford Transit Skeletal chassis, featuring a strong, moisture-proof timberless ‘PURe’ polyurethane frame with GRP outer and inner skins. The body wall uses a 31mm sandwich construction, and the roof is hail-resistant with GRP, fully bonded for strength and flatness. It includes 16" alloy wheels, a solar panel (120W) and regulator, rear reversing camera, external BBQ and cold water shower points.
Inside, the Swift Voyager has been refreshed for 2026 with new soft furnishings, stain-resistant fabrics, blackout blinds, and decorative finishes. Heating and hot water are provided by the Truma CombiNeo system, offering fast warm-up times and flexible fuel modes for comfort in colder conditions. The kitchen is well-equipped with a three-burner hob plus electric hotplate, Thetford Triplex oven/grill, a dual-hinged 133-litre fridge with freezer compartment, and plenty of worktop space. The living area has versatile seating including swivelling cab chairs, an electric rise-and-fall dining table, and generous sleeping layouts.
The Voyager includes ample storage – a rear garage (lit and heated), multiple external lockers, bed boxes, hanging space. Inside there are lockers, under-seat storage, spring-assisted bed and lounge storage, positive locker catches. Utilities include a fresh water tank, waste water tank, mains hook-up, external power sockets, USB-A/USB-C points and LED lighting throughout.
FAQs
How many people can the Swift Voyager sleep and travel with?
It can sleep between 4-6 people depending on the layout. The number of travelling seats also depends on model-variant; some layouts include forward-facing seats, others have more lounge seating.
Is the Voyager suitable for winter / cold weather use?
Yes. It is built to EN 1646-1 Grade 3 for heating and thermal insulation, which means it is designed for use in sub-zero ambient temperatures. It also has underfloor insulation, cold weather fittings (like water tank heaters) in certain models, and the powerful Truma CombiNeo heater/hot water system.
What licence do I need to drive one?
Most of the Swift Voyager models are 3,500kg so can be driven on a standard UK Category B licence, but be sure to check the MTPLM before purchasing.
