The Motorhome and Caravan Show 2026 runs from Tuesday 13 to Sunday 18 October at the NEC Birmingham. If you are comparing a new caravan or motorhome, it is a chance to see a huge range of layouts and new-season vehicles in one place.
Couplands will be there on Stand 20.44, with teams from both our Louth and Worksop branches. Here is how to plan a useful visit.
Motorhome and Caravan Show 2026: When and Where Is It?
The show is open from 10am to 6pm each day at the NEC Birmingham, from 13 to 18 October 2026. It fills 11 halls, with new caravans, motorhomes and campervans on display alongside accessory stands, talks and expert advice.
If you want plenty of time to compare layouts and speak to dealers, give yourself a full day. Plan the stands you most want to visit before you arrive.
How Do You Buy Tickets for the Show?
Book through the official show website at mcshow.co.uk. Advance tickets cost £14.95 until 11.59pm on 12 October. After that, tickets cost £19.95.
Car parking is included in the ticket price. Children under 16 go free when accompanied by a paying ticket holder, but they still need a ticket. There is a limit of two children per adult, and a £1.25 transaction fee applies to each booking.
What Else Is On at the Show?
The show is about more than new vehicles. There is a programme of free talks, including destination ideas for future trips, and Ask the Expert sessions for technical and practical questions.
If you are new to touring, look out for the free towing experience and motorhome manoeuvring sessions run by the Caravan and Motorhome Club (conditions apply). They are a relaxed way to build confidence before you buy. Accessory stands also offer show prices on everything from awnings to batteries, so it is a good time to stock up.
Where Can You Find Couplands at the NEC?
Come and find us on Stand 20.44. Our Louth and Worksop teams will be on hand to talk through layouts, part exchange and anything else you want to know.
What is on the Couplands stand?
We are showing four ranges:
Couplands is the exclusive Bessacarr retailer, so the stand is a good chance to see the range up close.
How Should You Plan Your Visit?
There is a lot to see, so decide what matters before you arrive. Berths, bed type, washroom layout, payload, overall size and budget are all useful filters. A shortlist stops every vehicle looking the same after a few hours.
What to bring to the Motorhome and Caravan Show 2026
If you are buying a caravan, bring your tow car’s details, including its kerbweight and towing limit. If you want to part exchange, bring photos and details of your current caravan or motorhome. Comfortable shoes and a notebook help too.

Are Caravan Show Deals Worth It?
Show deals can be good value, but judge the whole package rather than the headline price. Compare the specification, delivery date, included extras, handover and the part exchange value you are offered.
Buying from a dealer also brings aftersales support that you will not get from a private sale. Our article on dealer versus private sales explains why that matters. Ask for anything important in writing, and never feel rushed.
What Should You Ask a Dealer at the Show?
Good questions now save problems later. Ask about the payload, warranty cover, servicing, delivery timings and how the handover works. If you plan to spread the cost, ask about finance options and request a written quote.
Think about running costs beyond the purchase price as well. Our guide to how much it costs to own a caravan covers insurance, servicing and storage. For trade-ins, our part exchange guide explains how valuations work.
Can’t Make the Show This Year?
No problem. Many of the ranges on our stand are also available to view at Couplands. Stock changes quickly, so call ahead to check which models are at each branch, or browse our caravans and motorhomes online.
